Disputes are not always a simple case of right and wrong being identified to each party. Thus we try to identify the grey areas and have these resolved so that the dispute is refined down to the key issues. If these cannot be resolved by negotiation then Roy Ilott is well experienced in the preparation of an Experts Report to allow the clients legal team to make their case in Court. Numerous incidents show that all parties should be involved in the legal conferences and while it may appear cheaper to omit the surveyors from these meetings, this is not cost effective in terms of the final outcome of the case.
