WORKS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS

In addition to our own resources, we work with associated practices in order to provide the full range of services necessary for a satisfactory project:-

• To prepare drawings and specifications for building works;
• To submit planning applications and obtain Building Regulation Approval for building and landscape works;
• To provide tender analysis after inviting competitive tenders;
• To subsequently administering building contracts, including full certification of the works.

We have many years' experience in the identification, determination, specification and administration of repair works.

We are well experienced in domestic and commercial extensions and new building projects for schools, houses, industrial and hotel buildings.

NEW BUILDINGS

We are working with other practices to arrange either a full service or an Employers Agency role.

With the full package:-

• New buildings are designed, in consultation with the client, and schemes submitted for planning permission and subsequent Building Regulation Approval.
• We then obtain competitive tenders from selective contractors, or present a scheme in conjunction with developers on a joint venture basis.
• Contacts are administered, works valued and final accounts agreed.

Recent schemes have included housing, in small units or larger estates, retirement complexes, hotels, school buildings and small industrial units.

The designs are prepared with the latest CAD, and can include drawings in three- dimensional modelling, for visual presentation to clients, interested parties and planners.

Specialist advice is available on planning matters and also, within the network of practices, on environmental and contamination issues.

We are well experienced in new building projects for schools, houses, industrial and hotel buildings.

We would be pleased to discuss any such matter with yourselves and can, for certain schemes, also introduce developers who may be able to arrange the necessary funding.
